Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, Crazy Daisy offer same day delivery to all Dublin postcodes once the order is placed before 12pm. If it is after 12 please contact the shop and we will try our best to accommodate you..
 
Do you deliver outside of Dublin?
No, we deliver in Dublin only
 
How do I place an order?
You can do it via our website, or alternatively you can give us a call directly from Ireland 01 8325909. You can also call from outside of Ireland on +353 1 8325909
 
How much is delivery?
Delivery varies depending on where your order is going, it will be calculated at the checkout
 
What payment options do you accept for flower delivery?
We accept all major debit and credit cards and also cash payments if you are in store.
 
Do I have to supply a phone number for the recipient?
Yes, we do not take responsibility for any orders given without a contact number for the recipient (Your own number is not sufficient unless you reside at the delivery address)
 
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No, we do not deliver on Sundays. We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays). 
 
Can you deliver flowers to a business address?
Yes, but please bear in mind when we deliver to a business address we are only permitted to deliver to a reception or post room area. The flowers will then need to be dealt with internally to reach the right recipient.
 
Can you deliver flowers to a hospital?
 Most hospitals no longer accept flowers on certain wards and some may refuse flowers entirely. We recommend contacting the hospital to check this before ordering a flower delivery. Please also note we will only deliver to a reception/post room area of the hospital. We cannot be held responsible for how the flowers are dealt with internally or if refused altogether.

Will I receive an order confirmation for my flower delivery?
Yes! Once you have placed your order we will send confirmation of all the details to the email address you have provided. This can sometimes take up to 10 minutes.

What should I do if my online purchase is not going through?

What happens if the recipient is not at home
We will contact the recipient using the number provided to see where best to leave the flowers. If there is no reply we will try leave them with a neighbour.Home
